Full body stretch sessions are slow, supportive and guided. Jeff helps move your body through comfortable stretches while you remain relaxed and fully supported throughout the session.
The work is never forced. Each stretch is adjusted to your comfort level, breath and natural range of motion. Sessions may focus on common areas of restriction, including the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck and back.
